Starbucks® Caramel Frappuccino Copycat Recipe Recipe
Make your own caramel frappuccino at home with 5 simple ingredients and a blender. Top with whipped cream and caramel!
This was AMAZING!!!!!!!! I have to admit I was a little scared at first to try it, because I mean, I have been trying to find a recipe of a copy-cat Starbucks Caramel Frap and all the other ones were nasty. LOL , but, no needed to pay $4.90 on a frappe, when I can make a better one at home! :) I used Whole Milk, and instead of regular coffee, I used the Starbucks caramel flavored roast I also put some Vanilla Ice Cream in it to make it a little creamier! But, this is definitely a 5 star rate! Thank you!!!!!!! :)
I'm in LOVE with Starbucks Frappuccinos. Tastes just like the Starbucks original! New Addiction!
I use Splenda (1 packet per cup) instead of sugar and vanilla coffee mate( 1 tsp. per cup). I don't have a blender, so I mix it all together while it's hot. Absolutely wonderful!!! I don't add milk, and it is wonderful hot or cold. I usually mix it up and put it in the refrigerator. If I want 6 cups, I use 12 scoops of coffee. If making 6 cups, use about 1/2 cup of caramel. If you want it cold (already chilled from the refrigerator) add some crushed ice. If you want it hot, heat for about 2 minutes in the microwave. Enjoy!
I honestly don't know how anyone used this exact recipe and got a "perfect" frapp. Mine was a frothy Carmel milk.ff.
I would prefer for it to be a bit thicker. Tried adding extra ice,but it didn't help.
I followed two different recipes for this, and the other was super disappointing. So, I was so happy when I tasted this and actually felt like I had just come from Starbucks! And it makes two, so I can share it or save the other for later! P.S. I stirred in sea salt to taste, then added sea salt and a drizzle of caramel on top of the whipped cream, and BAM! Salted Caramel Frappuccino!
